Microsoft is raising its influence on artificial intelligence worldwide by establishing two laboratories in Abu Dhabi. Along with G42, an artificial intelligence tech startup, this action is aimed to support initiatives aiming at improving society and promote responsible growth of AI technology. The major objectives of the institutes will be to establish moral guidelines for artificial intelligence and explore means of using the technology to address global critical issues.

Starting with G42 and supported by Abu Dhabi’s Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Technology Council (AIATC), the first AI center will endeavor to develop and advocate safe and sensible AI use guidelines. Especially in the Middle East and developing countries, this institution aims to promote the honest and equitable application of artificial intelligence technology. This center was developed within a larger scheme to regulate artificial intelligence and ensure that digital safety and security are preserved during the implementation of AI models.

artificial intelligence to assist individuals

Microsoft’s AI for Good initiative with the second facility will be visible to more Abu Dhabi residents. Worldwide AI Development

These initiatives support moral conduct and help to improve things for everyone, therefore complementing Microsoft’s aim of spreading artificial intelligence worldwide.

Working with G42, Microsoft is building two new AI centers in Abu Dhabi. These centers will emphasize on ethical artificial intelligence guidelines and global problem-solving applications of artificial intelligence One center will advocate responsible AI usage while the other will support initiatives addressing issues including education and climate change. This is a component of Microsoft’s more general strategy to increase the global value of artificial intelligence.
